The age range of the residents living in The Villa is from 33-89. The average age is the 50’s.

The Villa has the capacity to serve 74 residents through semi-private rooms

95% of our resident population have a mental health diagnosis and live on very low incomes, not making enough to cover their basic expenses.

That’s where we come in………

It takes 25+ staff members to support our 74 residents 24/7

Because FFM operates as a nonprofit organization, we are able to provide excellent services and low-cost personal care housing for "difficult to house" individuals, in Lancaster County.

Because of our desire to represent the example of Jesus, we provide services with excellence and compassion at a rate they can afford. Most residents only pay 47% of what it actually costs to care for them.

If we did not exist, the burden to provide care for the 74 residents, who call FFM home, would fall on the hospitals, police force, homeless shelters, community, and prisons all funded by taxpayers at many times the cost of our services.

Personal Care Homes are NOT nursing homes, but we are an alternative for those who do not need skilled daily nursing care.

Our facility has an FT LPN to help improve health outcomes, shorten recoveries, and improve medicine adjustments and changes.

Our residents are encouraged to be part of a community, through activities, outings, church attendance if desired, Bingo, Bible Study, Bible Trivia, Holiday Events, and much more. Being part of a community of people improves both mental and physical health.

It’s because of generous donors like you, that we can continue this vital work to some of PA’s most vulnerable residents.
